To make your trip as seamless as possible, we’ve secured a room block with a discounted rate at our host hotel, Hyatt Regency Orlando.

Badge Shipping

We will be shipping badges directly to the address provided during registration.

  • Shipping Timeline: Badges will be mailed out starting the week of October 28th.

  • Action Required: Please ensure your shipping address is confirmed or updated by October 23rd. 

  • Note: If you do not receive your badge or register after the cutoff, you can visit the "Help Desk" on-site for a replacement.

Important Reminders

  • Airport Guide: Flying in? Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the primary hub.
  • Dress Code: Business casual and we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater as the general session room is kept chilly.
  • The App: Keep an eye out for an invite to our event app to stay up to date with all the latest details for our event.
