To make your trip as seamless as possible, we’ve secured a room block with a discounted rate at our host hotel, The Loews in Arlington, TX. 

Please use the button below to secure your rooms by July 1st. Our discounted block is limited, and rooms are subject to availability, so we recommend booking as soon as possible!

Badge Shipping

We will be shipping badges directly to the address provided during registration.

  • Shipping Timeline: Badges will be mailed out starting the week of July 13th.

  • Action Required: Please ensure your shipping address is confirmed or updated by July 8th.

  • Note: If you do not receive your badge or register after the cutoff, you can visit the "Help Desk" on-site for a replacement.

Important Reminders

  • Airport Guide: Flying in? DFW International is the primary hub.
  • Dress Code: Business casual and we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater as the general session room is kept chilly.
  • The App: Keep an eye out for an invite to our event app to stay up to date with all the latest details for our event.
